Nothing is more disrespectful then making an appointment, especially during the holidays, and just not showing up!
2026 will look a little different... if you No show/ no call, I will require a pre pay of 50% of your next service fee. If you come to your appointment, I will apply that pre pay. If you do not, it will be non refundable.
