A spray tan typically lasts 5–7 days, but you can easily stretch it past a week by using the right at-home products:

Sulfate-Free & Oil-Free Body Wash:
Traditional drugstore body washes (especially those containing sodium laureth sulfate or heavy mineral oils) will strip your tan in a single shower. Use a gentle, sunless-safe cleanser.

Daily Tan Extender (Gradual Self-Tanner):
Apply a daily moisturizer that contains a very low percentage of DHA. This subtly replenishes the color as your natural skin cells shed, keeping the tan vibrant.

Face & Hand Touch-Up Spray/Mousse:
