If you see me in a different one everytime you see me, that's why! 😆 On a more serious note, protect your scalp and your face by wearing hats with wide prims. Selecting hats with SPF... "Sun Protecting Factor" added is a great decision, oh and don't forget your sunscreen 👌🏾 Carry on!

The long and short of it is that, after 25 years, I still love what I do - making heads beautiful one loc at a time - and I've been told it's all in good time too. My best to all on this loc journey.

Tuesday's Tip!
Shop your closet!
Today's tip is not directly related to hair. Of late, when I arrive at Locs of Luv ~ Locs by Cathy, I'm asked where I'm going? My reply is..."to work"
I'm enjoying wearing the clothes in my closet, clothes that I normally wouldn't wear to work because they were designated for special outtings. This new approach goes for shoes, handbags and accessories. Most of my jewelry is handmade which connects me to the designer. I love that!!
I'm also releasing clothes that no longer fit or are outdated. I challenge each of you to "shop your closet" this post was inspired by Connie Jones big hugs to you Queen Connie!!

This week, my husband and I paused to celebrate my birthday and our anniversary. After being married for over four decades, it was cause for great fanfare and celebration. We have had a great teacher walking with us through this journey; He has taught us how to love one another as He has loved us. We are far from perfect, but by God's grace, He carries us through the good, bad, and ugly. Do not wait to celebrate the ones you love. There is nothing like the perfect present!
