Hello my friends!
I've been thinking about this post for a bit now, so I figured today is THE day.
My year has been filled with so so much pain, loss and sickness. For the first time in my life I've had to figure out how to take a step back from this profession I love so much, and focus on my grief. Through this process, I'm incredibly thankful to those of you who have stuck with me and offered such compassion and comfort during your service. Through all of this, I made sure that when I did go to work, I gave it 100%. I'm so sorry to those of you that I wasn't able to accommodate, I know that I didn't text some back and I know I wasn't very available. I'm here though, I'm well and I've taken care of myself and I'm ready for you.
If you've found someone else to take care of you, I genuinely am happy that you're happy.
That's all we hairstylists really want for you, know that.

This profession can be so hard when we the stylists are in a vulnerable position, it affects our creativity and we have so many fears around losing people in order to take care of ourselves. It's a hard balance in these times and I can't express enough how thankful I am for you all, your patience and compassion has been heartwarming and has helped my grief process in so many ways. I appreciate you so much!
2020 ended a bit sh*tty for me, and 2021 can actually just f**k off right about now(lol)
