After taking a step back from social media this June, I’ve had time to reflect on where we’ve been, where we’re going, and what truly matters.

So for those who are new here—and for those who have been with us for years—I wanted to reintroduce ourselves.

I’m Nichole, owner of The Balay Collective, and alongside Jessica, we’ve built this salon around one simple belief:
