Today is officially “CROWN Day” and we’re screaming “all hair is good!”
Stop by the salon between 10 a.m. and 5 p.m. to get crowned, enjoy a sweet treat, and grab a special hair goodie bag! Let’s show the world that natural hair is power, beauty, and pure magic.
So what’s CROWN Day?
CROWN Day commemorates the 2019 signing of the “CROWN Act” into law. The CROWN Act, which stands for “Creating a Respectful and Open World for Natural Hair,” prohibits race-based, hair discrimination in schools, workplaces, and housing. As of now, 30 states, including Oregon have made the Crown Act official legislation. Nearly half, have not.
Celebrate your natural hair with the crown it deserves! Whether straight, wavy, kinky, coily, loc’d, or braided your hair is fabulous just as it grows out of your head. Stop by the salon between 10a-5p on July 3rd to say “hello” and get crowned!

This Crown Day, we’re celebrating the crown that’s already your own! On July 3rd, step into the salon and leave like royalty — every guest will receive a crown that honors the magic of your natural hair.
Stop by anytime between 10am-5pm. First 15 people will receive a free goodie bag and all who walk through the door will leave with a crown and be entered into a raffle to win free haircare products.
We want you to know your hair is beautiful. Your hair is professional. Your hair is rooted in culture. Your hair is celebrated and is accepted just as it grows out of your head.

If you know anything about HAPI, you know the vibes speak for themselves. What we created was always meant to be more than a salon; it’s a safe, creative, come-as-you-are space. HAPI is the people who walk through our doors, the art created within these walls, and at the heart of it all…the Big 3 ♡
Five years ago, the three of us bet on ourselves — and on the belief that we had something meaningful to offer our community. What started as a vision turned into a space filled with creativity, connection, laughter, healing, unforgettable memories, and really good hair days. ✨
HAPI is a reflection of us just as much as we are a reflection of HAPI. We grew with it, poured ourselves into it, and somehow it poured right back into us too.
Five years later and the love is still loud, the energy is still unmatched, and the group chat is still chaotic. 🤍

HAPI 5 Years!! We celebrated the occasion with an overnight retreat filled with lots of laughs, photo shoot shenanigans, and .hernandez.hair teaching us the choreography to “Beat It”🕺🏽🤣
