Four years of Reilly at HairColumn! 🥂

For the last four years, Reilly has been behind the scenes helping HairColumn build, refine and thrive. She’s the daily operations, the one making sure our products are stocked, things are running smoothly, everyone has what they need and running on time, and also the reason we have funny content to share. We’ve loved watching her grow into her management role and become such an integral part of keeping HairColumn and all its moving pieces running smoothly.

In front of the scenes, she’s usually the person you see first, probably with your beverage already waiting for you because she cares that you stay hydrated, even if that means w**e.

Between the random dance breaks, book talks that somehow turn into hour-long conversations, energy drinks galore, and her latest thrifting find, there’s never a dull day with Reilly around.

She keeps this place moving, keeps us organized, keeps things fun and is such an important part of what makes HairColumn, HairColumn.

Handtied Extensions Eugene, OR Extensions + color can’t fix everything… or can they?

Okay, maybe not everything, but great hair definitely makes life feel a little easier.

This transformation was almost an all-day project, and so worth it. We installed two new rows of 18” Strands of Humanity™️ hair with the comfort and seamless flip-up that Invisible Bead Extensions® | IBE® is known for.

The color took a little strategy. She had about seven different shades of blonde throughout, so the goal wasn’t just getting her lighter, it was creating a dimensional and cohesive blonde. We started with Davines Color Progress Lightener and did a full weave throughout to soften and blend all of the different tones.

After processing, I shadow rooted with Davines Color View 8.1 and toned the rest of the hair with View 9.22 + 10.21 + 9.23 + 10V for 20 minutes.

Hair health always comes first. She’ll need one more lightening session to get to her dream blonde, but we were both thrilled with where we landed for this in-between stage. Healthy hair is always worth the extra appointment.
