Your happiness with your hair is very important to me! If you have any concerns about your color, please reach out to me as soon as possible so we can schedule a time for me to see it in person.

Since lighting, camera settings, and phone screens can make hair color appear very different than it does in real life, I’m unable to determine the need for a refund based on photos alone. I ask that I have the opportunity to evaluate your hair in person first.

If an adjustment is needed, I’ll gladly discuss the best way to achieve the result you’re looking for. My goal is always to make sure you leave feeling confident and happy with your hair.

Please note: Refunds or even partial refunds will not be given without an in-person appointment to evaluate the service.

(I will also be creating a contract for future color and color correction appointments)
