Melodie has been a dedicated member of our team for 20 years, always bringing kindness, care, commitment, and love to her guests and her work. Recently, she experienced a sudden and tragic loss—her daughter’s father passed away unexpectedly. This heartbreaking event has left Melodie and her daughter facing not only emotional pain, but also new challenges as they navigate the days ahead.
To support her daughter, Melodie will need to take time away from work. She also faces the difficult task of bringing his loved one’s from Africa and France, honoring his wishes and providing closure for her family. These responsibilities come with significant expenses, including travel, funeral and living costs, at a time when Melodie’s focus needs to be on her family’s well-being.
We are reaching out to our community to ask for help. Donations will go directly toward covering living and travel expenses, giving Melodie the space and support she needs during this devastating time. Any support is truly appreciated as she and her daughter begin to heal.
