Hoskins Berry Farm blackberry vinegar has landed at the Mercantile!

Their award winning handcrafted vinegars are made on their farm from the juice of their very own triple crown blackberries. The harvested fruit is fermented to alcohol using yeast native to the skins of the fruit. During this process the alcohol is then converted to vinegar in oak barrels, using the mother of vinegar, which is also native to the fruit!

These vinegars are not only alive and raw but they are completely unadulterated and do not contain fruit imported from off the farm. Featuring a fruity and zesty base that last on the pallet, they are both a culinary delight and medicinal.
