Due to schedule availability I am currently scheduling via email request only.

If you require insurance based sessions, you can book me directly at my full time location. I am currently in the CAQH provider database. Sessions run from 60 minutes to 2 hours based on coverage and out of pocket .

Please note if you decide to book sessions with me at my separate employer you cannot see me with Healing Journeys. You must chose only one way to get sessions.

You can complete the medical history as you feel comfortable. Just know the more honest you are in identifying ongoing health challenges with your body the better I can help you recover
from the daily pain in muscles, joints, and nerves.

Anything you omit from the forms is your right and I will work with the knowledge I am given. 🙏
