🌲 Expanded Hours: To better serve you, starting this fall, I will be expanding my hours on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays to offer evening appointments. Additionally, I've opened up a couple of Saturday mornings this month (including this upcoming Saturday, August 17th!) in order to accommodate more clients before the summer is up. I hope this helps bring the relief you need at a time that works best for you.

🌸 Introductory Specials & Packages: We’re offering some incredible introductory specials to encourage you to experience the skill and care of our two newest therapists, Jacob Lauch and Alexzandria York. Both Jacob and Alexzandria are also offering packages of three massages at a discounted rate. It's a wonderful opportunity to experience their healing touch and find lasting relief from chronic pain.

🌍 Homegrown Roots: As we approach our fourth year in business, I’m filled with gratitude to be able to do what I love right here in my hometown of Eugene. Being part of this beautiful community means the world to me. I’m honored to help you find relief from chronic pain, while also balancing the joy of spending time with my son, Malik, who is about to start High School! 🏫

I’ve had so much on my mind lately I didn’t realize that Saturday was my 8 year mark of being a Massage Therapist!!!

How time flies… it’s been incredible and I have met some of the most interesting and inspiring people doing this deeply healing and connection building work that I love so much!

It brings me joy and happiness looking back on it all…

At the same time I am feeling some grief as a handful of clients that I have worked with for many years cut back or move on completely as we enter 2024.

All of this has led me to the decision to switch up my hours a bit and I will be transitioning towards ending my days by 3:30 on Tuesday and 4:30 on Thursday and Friday (which means more morning availability!!😃✨).
