Yoga Bliss with Angie

The yoking of all the powers of body, mind and soul to God. Classes meet Tuesday and Thursday at 9am. Wear comfortable, stretchy attire. Bring a sticky mat.

A Christian based approach to disciplining the body, mind and spirit for a greater awareness of the still, small voice within. The cost is: $10 per class or $35 a month for one class a week or - for the BEST DEAL - $55 per month for all classes!!! Don't eat for at least 2 hours prior to class. Be prepared to relax, center your mind and sweat...all at the same time!!! :-)
