New Journey awaits for me this year and I am learning to be comfortable with being uncomfortable! Who is with me?! .

🌱Health and fitness look a lot different to me now then it did 2 years ago 🌱
I thought working out 6-7x/week 💪🏽 and eating 🍪whatever I wanted was healthy but what I didn’t realize was that I was still having the same gut and skin issues as before. It wasn’t until I did the 30 Days to Healthy Living Program that I truly knew what it meant to FEEL good.
I haven’t had an eczema breakout in 2 years guys, 2 years! I also don’t have to spend hours in the gym every week because I have been able to maintain a healthy eating lifestyle during my pregnancy 🤰🏽, postpartum 🤱🏽and ACL recovery 💪🏽.
Also, less gym time means more time to learn some new skills, like golfing, one I know my husband will approve of!
You don’t know what you are missing out on until you try!
