Meet Dr. Kelly Caldwell, board-certified OB-GYN and part of Rora’s medical team. 🤍

We asked her about some of the most common v***ar and vaginal symptoms women bring up in her practice, and her reminder is an important one: no matter how embarrassing something may feel, chances are you’re not the only one experiencing it.

You don’t have to suffer in silence or feel uncomfortable asking questions about your body.

In honor of Vulvar Awareness Day, we’re getting back to the basics: how much do you actually know about your v***a?

For a part of our body we live with every day, there’s still so much many of us were never taught.

Knowing what’s normal for you, understanding how your v***a can change, and recognizing when something deserves more attention are all part of caring for your health.

Today is a good day to get to know your v***a a little better. 🤍

Every woman has a v***a. Every woman deserves to understand hers.

Today is Vulvar Awareness Day, and we’re talking about the part of women’s health that still too often gets whispered about, overlooked, or only discussed when something feels wrong.

Knowing your v***a is part of knowing your body. Caring for it is part of caring for yourself.

So today, tell a friend. Ask a question. Start a conversation that maybe you’ve never had before.

The more comfortable we become talking about v***ar health, the easier we make it for the women around us to do the same. That’s the kind of future we’re building Rora for. 🤍

Vulvar Awareness Day is a good reminder that knowing more about your v***ar health can start with something small.

Asking a question. Making an appointment. Learning your family history. Finding a provider who actually understands v***ar health.

We’re sharing a few places to start today, including Rora’s free Find Care tool, because knowing where to turn shouldn’t be the hard part.

If there’s a resource that’s helped you better understand your v***ar health, share it below. Let’s make the information a little easier for the next woman to find. 🤍

Vulvar Awareness Day feels especially personal to us.

Rora exists because we believe women deserve better when it comes to v***ar health. What has been overlooked for too long deserves real attention and care.

Today is about awareness. For us, it’s also about what comes next.

Vulvar health deserves more. That’s why we’re here. 🤍
