When you’ve tried all you can think of, take a moment and ask yourself these questions?
1. Did anything life altering happen around the time I first started feeling this pain?
2. Where does the pain sit in my body? Is someone or something a literal pain in my neck or do I feel the weight of the world on my shoulders?
3. How can I be more aware of bringing my breath into the painful areas of my life where I am holding in anxiety, fear, anger or resentment?
*Always consult your provider for persistent and unknown pain sources. It makes my job easier!

Chair massage was provided for over 20 women, including a mini vibrational sound bowl treatment!
