Glycation happens when excess sugar in the body attaches to collagen and elastin fibers basically causing them to become stiff, damaged, unable to stretch the way healthy skin should.

Can glycation be completely eliminated?

No, glycation cannot be fully eliminated.
It’s a natural process that happens with aging.

BUT, it can be significantly slowed and reduced. Most premature aging comes from accelerated glycation, not normal aging.

Repeated blood sugar spikes are the main driver of glycation. By creating healthy habits topically (skin care and treatments) and internally (diet/daily habits) it can create balance and prevention. Healthy skin is built through daily habits + corrective treatments working together.
