I have been an Ashiastu practitioner since 2023, and have decided to expand my offerings as a barefoot practitioner, to include Sarga.

For certification, I am required to offer Sarga to the community. I have 5 spots reserved for Licensed Massage Therapists. If you are an LMT, and would like some free bodywork, please reach out. All I ask is that that you help by filling out a evaluation, and let me ask some questions as I work!

Sarga uses a fabric strap that can be pulled upon while I work with gravitational and tensional force to deliver gentle yet deeply effective oblique pressure to shear and elongate the tissue.
