Licensed Massage Therapist specializing in pain relief and deep relaxation
Seriously, please don’t apologize to me for not shaving before your massage. I promise I’m not sitting there judging your grooming habits.
Don’t apologize for being human and existing. I’m not here to judge you. I’m here to help you.
If you’d like to book an appointment, please use the link in my bio. I’d love to help you manage your pain.
I really hate having to make changes like this because of a handful of people.
I’ve always required a card on file. But a card on file doesn’t do much when someone no-shows and the card is invalid or has insufficient funds.
Two no-shows in 6 days. Two invalid cards. $400 of income and hours of my time wasted.
I’m a single-income household. This is my livelihood. My time is precious, and I have bills to pay.
So deposits are now required for appointments. I genuinely hate that my reliable regulars have to deal with this too, but a few people have officially ruined that privilege for everyone.
I appreciate the clients who respect my time, show up for their appointments, and make running this little business possible.
NEW: Red light therapy is now available during your massage for FREE.
Your massage now combines 660 nm red light and 850 nm near-infrared light from the panel with far-infrared heat from the 5-Gems PHYMAT on the table.
Red and near-infrared light are used in photobiomodulation to support cellular function and muscle recovery, while the far-infrared heat provides gentle penetrating warmth that can help increase circulation and warm the muscles.
So while I’m doing the hands-on work, you’re also getting red light, near-infrared light and far-infrared heat as part of the same session.
And because I charge for your time on the table, soaking in the red light doesn’t take any extra time or cost you anything extra.
Basically, you’re getting a little more out of the time you’re already paying for.
Dear algorithm, please bring me the moms in Vanderburgh, Warrick, and Henderson counties who desperately need some quiet time away from their kiddos.

FEMININE HYGIENE DRIVE IS BACK!
Last September, our community showed UP for our Feminine Hygiene Drive, and we were absolutely blown away by the amount of donations we were able to collect. 💕 So of course… we’re doing it again, and this year we want to make it even bigger.
Throughout the entire month of September, Crescent City Collective will be collecting feminine hygiene and personal care products to be donated to our local Salvation Army on Fulton Avenue and distributed to people in our community who need them.
We’re collecting things like:
* Pads & tampons
* Panty liners
* Menstrual products
* Feminine wipes
* New, unopened underwear
* Body wash & soap
* Deodorant
* Other unopened feminine hygiene/personal care necessities
✨ Our goal this year: beat what we collected last year! ✨
There will be a donation box set up inside Crescent City Collective, so you can bring items with you to your appointment or stop in and drop something off.
Period products and basic hygiene necessities aren’t luxuries. They’re things everyone deserves to have access to, and even throwing one box of tampons or pads into the donation bin makes a difference.
Last year proved just how much we can do when everybody contributes a little. Let’s see what Evansville can do this year. 💗
Please share this post so we can reach as many people as possible! 🌸
Nurses, this one’s for you. You work 12-hour shifts taking care of everyone else. Let somebody take care of you for a change.
If you’re sore, exhausted, and overdue for a massage, I got you.
