Studio M Massage North Everett

I have one more class to complete my Thai Massage training, plus a whole lot of practice hours to log! Planning to offer this way of massage at Studio M later this year.

I’m working on adding CPT to my credentials! As a personal trainer and massage therapist I’ll be able to offer my clients help with not only relief from pain and stress through massage, but also advice on achieving muscle and strength balance, through resistance training. Strength training is key to a healthy balanced body, especially as we age. ……..Strong muscle. Strong bones. Strong body. 💪🏻 🏋️‍♀️
