A message for my customers - please read the following list of POSSIBLE changes to the way the shop will operate once we re-open:

1. Masks and gloves will be required for customers to wear during your visit. Please bring appropriate PPE with you to your appointment.
2. Temperature scans will be done upon arrival of your visit. Any temperature of 100°F or higher will be considered a fever and you will be asked to reschedule your appointment.
3. Appointments may be required. If appointments are not kept or if you are late to your appointment, a "No Show Fee" equivalent to your haircut price will be imposed and your appointment for that day will be forfeited (NO EXCEPTIONS). Appointments must be canceled at least 24 hours in advance. There may be the possibility that a credit card will be required to secure your appointment day/time.
4. A slight increase in price to cover costs of PPE, disinfectant products & supplies, and time necessary to properly sanitize implements and chairs between clients.
5. The possibility of an adjustment to our normal hours and days of operation due to the difficulty of wearing a N95 mask for multiple hours at a time.
6. Other than the scheduled client, no others will be permitted in the shop. Please do not bring anyone with you who does not have a scheduled appointment.
7. Your contact information must be supplied during your visit in case contact tracing is necessary.
8. Any customer showing any type of symptom whether it be due to allergies or a common cold will be asked to leave immediately. Because some of the symptoms are similar to that of COVID19, we simply cannot risk our safety or the safety of the other customers.
9. No beard or mustache trims will be given until further notice.

The above list are possibilities on how we may have to operate moving forward. There may be additional requirements mandated by the State once the shop re-opens, please call ahead to confirm protocol so that there are no miscommunications. I will also update Facebook with any additional requirements prior to re-opening.

Anyone who just shows up for a haircut is not guaranteed an appointment, so please plan ahead. We would like to be able to accommodate all customers as we have in the past, but given this situation we may have to adjust to a new normal moving forward. Please note that I am taking every precautionary measure possible including educating myself on guidelines for dealing with the public.
