Role Overview:
Responsible for the management and control of all administrative aspects and logistical components (where applicable) of the portfolio

Must Have:
- Own transport;
- Read, Write & Speak English;
- Admin Skills
- Reside near Brits.
- Grade 10

Admin, logistics and operational compliances:
- Manage & Control Eland Mine Key Control.
- Allocate and maintain lockers
- Maintenance of change house lockers
- Compiling locker allocation forms
- Responsible for locker allocation, managing Key Control & Issuing keys
- Monthly stocktake on padlocks, monthly locker allocation report
- Installing and replacing of door locks and handles
- General work and gardening included
- Pre -form and assist with any Health and Safety duties that may be required
- Manage all Lapa functions
- Stock control

Must be willing and give consent to the following:
- Integrity test - conducted through a polygraph test with selected questions.
- Credit background check.
- Criminal background check.
- Principal check – Involvement in any other company or business
- Illegal Substance test.
- Previous employment background check
