Therapeutic, prenatal, sports, chair, and hot stone massage. Sessions run from 10 min to 2 hours depending on your needs. Health and Nutrition coaching is offered as individual sessions or a six month course personalized to your goals. Yoga classes are offered as private or small group sessions, and as individual classes or therapeutic/corrective courses that last 8-10 weeks. classes range from 30-90 min in length. Guided meditation provides you with personalized techniques to guide you into a meditative state. This may include stretching, breathing, tapping, and sound. An excellent way to reset. Your initial health consultation is always free, and all other services are discounted for your first visit!
