Our Story
Janeen specializes in chemical treatments such as color, color corrections & perms for various types of hair. Janeen is an experienced salon owner that successfully ran Carisma Salon for nearly 20 years of operation but as of recently she has elected to work as a stylist within LUXE Salon & Art Gallery located within the Fair Oaks Village. Janeen has been licensed as a cosmetologist from the State of California since 1981.
