I suffer with awful insomnia. Can’t fall asleep or stay asleep without any type of sleep medication. These Unisom Sleep Tabs work very well! The ingredient Docylamine succinate works much better for me then melatonin. It’s only 25 mg which is a decent dose. I find most melatonin products have too high of a dose and that counteracts the point of taking it. If you struggle with taking melatonin I say give this product a try.

I tried kashi cereals years ago and I absolutely hated the taste. This new style is sooooo tasty though and I will definitely be repurchasing it. It goes great in my yogurt, and I love just eating it with oat milk too. It has lots of fiber and protein to keep you full. It satifi my chocolate craving too.

I really like this cereal in the flavor Strawberry Blueberry Bliss. I tested it dry and with milk. It has the signature wheat texture of Life brand cereal. It has 5g of protein which is very good for cereal in my opinion. You definitely taste the blueberry and strawberry flavors. I expected to taste more of one but it’s a nice blend of both flavors. Me and my boyfriend do like the taste better as a dry cereal as opposed to with milk. We did use oat milk though so maybe other milks would taste better.

We also tried the Very Vanilla flavor and we couldn’t stomach it. It’s just too much vanilla. It was even worse with the oat milk. My boyfriend loves vanilla and sweet foods but he won’t even finish the box. That tells me they need to redo the flavor profile.

I haven’t had a Snapple drink in years because I was put off from it by the fake taste. I decided to give their peach lemonade tea combination a try because I love all 3 of the combination ingredients. To my surprise I love the balanced taste of this beverage. The packaging is classic to the brand, and it’s cute. The beverage has a great balance of tea and lemonade with a nice hint of peach. It tastes great!

If you can’t afford laser hair removal dermaplaning is the next best option. It not only removes the hair from your face it also exfoliates the skin. Having a freshly exfoliated layer of skin not only makes your skincare pe*****te better, it gives you a smoother canvas to apply your makeup on. I personally prefer to add a light layer of hyaluronic acid or oil before dermaplaning because it makes it easier.
