As the seasons change, we naturally start adding layers—sweaters, blankets, warm socks, all the cozy things. 🍂

I’ve been adding a few layers of my own this week, too. I recently added a new layer of padding to my massage table, because comfort matters. Every body deserves to feel supported, warm, and completely at ease while it’s here.

And maybe fall is a good reminder that not every layer needs to be added.

Some of the things we’ve been carrying—stress, change, expectations, tension, the weight of everything that’s happened—might be ready to be peeled away.

So as we move into a new season, I hope you find both:
more warmth where you need it, and less weight where you don’t.

Come get cozy. Let your body soften. Let a few layers go. 🤎🍂

✨ A L I T T L E S H I F T ✨

After giving it a lot of thought, I’ve decided to temporarily close my books to new clients.

My wait time is currently around two months, and I’ve reached a point where taking on more clients would mean sacrificing the time, energy, and presence I want to bring to the people already trusting me with their care.

So for now, I’m choosing depth over growth. I’ll reevaluate new-client availability in early 2027.

I also want to take this opportunity to clarify a few things about appointment timing as my schedule continues to fill.

Your appointment begins at the scheduled time—not when you arrive. This includes intake. Intake is an important part of your appointment, and while I generally keep it to 1–2 minutes, that time belongs to you. If you need to use it to communicate something important, ask questions, or simply settle in, please do.

Because of this, please wait in the lobby until I come get you. You’re welcome to use the restroom in the suite and help yourself to water while you wait, but please don’t enter the treatment room before you’re invited in.

The time between appointments is intentional. It gives me a chance to eat, hydrate, reset, clean and prepare the space, and mentally transition from one person to the next. That time is a very real part of how I’m able to show up fully for each client—it’s how I protect the calm, unrushed environment I want Salt & Stone to be.

Thank you for your continued support, patience, and trust in me. I’m incredibly grateful for the clients who continue to make this little business what it is 🖤

🌈 Happy Pride Month! 🌈

I know not everyone feels safe, seen, or welcomed in every space they enter. I want my clients to know that my office is a place where you can simply show up as yourself.

I proudly support the LGBTQIA+ community and am committed to creating an environment where all people are treated with respect, dignity, and compassion.

Healing happens best when we feel safe, and everyone deserves that.

This month and every month, you are welcome here. ❤️

✨ a small shift, with You in mind ✨

Starting June 1, my rates will be increasing slightly. Over the past year, I’ve continued to deepen my skills and the quality of care I’m able to offer—and this adjustment reflects that growth, as well as a year without raising prices.

In alignment with that, I’m simplifying and expanding your experience: all sessions are now fully all-inclusive. There’s no longer an add-on menu—every appointment intuitively includes what your body needs in the moment, whether that’s hot stones, gua sha, aromatherapy, cupping, or a blend of modalities.

My intention is to create a space where you can fully relax, receive, and trust that you’re being cared for holistically—without having to think about upgrades or extras.

Thank you for being here, for trusting me with your body, and for allowing me to continue growing in this work 🤍

Changes coming:

Therapeutic Massage: 60 min $125 • 90 min $175 • 120 min $250
Craniosacral: 75 min $130
Reiki Energy Healing: 90 min $135

Asked ChatGPT to create a caricature of me and my job based on everything it knows about me, and I kinda loves it 🥹

✨ N A M I N G C O N T E S T ✨

We’ve got a new friend in the treatment room! He/She/They currently don’t have a name, help me give this visual aid a proper presence!

What will they be used for? Craniosacral therapy client education, of course! Curious about what type of change is being affected? This little guy/gal/whoever will help demonstrate the work I’m doing and the exact areas of release I’m pinpointing. It’s just a fun addition to help you see and understand the subtle ness of the technique.

Let’s get naming! Drop your ideas in the comments, the more the merrier!

✨H e l l o A g a i n ✨

I know it’s been awhile since I’ve posted, I’ve just been thoroughly enjoying my time being present with my friends, family and clients. It’s that time of year again where we start to come back out of hibernation, so it’s as good as time as any to say Hello, Again!

✨ F U N T H I N G S ✨

Next week, April 2nd, marks my TWO year anniversary as Salt & Stone! It’s a time of reflection for me, looking back at where I started and where I am today, and how thankful I am for each and everyone one you along the way. Thanks a million for the support, the hugs, the laughs, the tears. This space I’ve created has held so many people in so many versions of themselves, and the journeys I’ve been able to witness have been so inspiring. 🙏

** side note to existing clients, online booking isn’t open, but I’m booking through to June if you DM or text me, let’s get you booked! I am taking the month of July OFF completely!

Love and light, my friends ✌️
