I love giving textured haircuts, which means keeping the length of the hair while adding short pieces throughout. It gives it a messy beach vibe instead of a uniform look. Texture in the right areas can give amazing volume and movement. This gives the hair more body and life! I definitely recommend this technique to a lot of my straight haired clients who don’t want to compromise the length or thickness of their hair, but want volume. If you have very thin or fine hair, a few textured pieces can give you a lot of volume and movement without compromising the thickness! Thick or thin, this technique can help you find that perfect look you’ve been searching for!

Another fun fact, this technique is also great for removing weight and heaviness from the hair! 😉
