Hopefully this is a fun and inspiring post for you all today!

It’s been approximately a year since I’ve had Botox from my girl Kim . These silly pics sure show expression 😂 BUT, hopefully it also shows what good skincare containing line minimizing peptides, microcurrent, regular facials, religious SPF and a focus on hydration can do for a girl!

Will I get Botox again? YES! You know why? Botox in a sense “freezes” muscle movement. When it does, it allows our static lines (the ones that are there even when our faces are at rest) to heal and tissue to regenerate since it’s not constantly moving. Botox or other similar products give our skin a little break and these lines can diminish greatly! I’ve personally always been a fan of neuromodulators in small quantities. I don’t provide them but, I do believe they’re a great part of an antiaging arsenal.

Neuromodulators or not I’m here to meet you where your at and help you with your journey. Holistic, medical or a combination of both. It doesn’t matter to me!

With all that out of the way, my birthday 🎂 is coming up! Can anyone guess how old I’ll be??? 🤔 Hint: It’s a biggie 😂

I truly hope everyone had a wonderful Thanksgiving with loved ones!

I know I’m a day late but, I consider that a good thing. Instead of being stuck to my phone, the boys and I were able to enjoy each others company and explore the Big Island of Hawaii! A little recharge is good for everyone.

If you know me, you know the fam and I love our fun cars! Liev started playing racing games a few years ago which lead to a family love of Formula 1.

Last week we did a quick family trip for our first Formula 1 race to watch our team win the Austin Grand Prix!

A lucky coincidence, an OG lash guest of mine .sarah.macarons and her husband were there with us!

Another fun coincidence was seeing the Ferrari team at our hotel. Lucky us! And oh, my did their driver Leclerc show his skills on the track! What a fun race all around! We might not be back to COTA for an Austin Grand Prix any time soon (it was a little too hot for us Alaskans 🥵) but, we will for sure attend more Formula 1 races in the future!
