AltaRd Salon is looking for an experienced Salon Manager to join our leadership team.

We’re searching for someone who is organized, dependable, professional, and passionate about helping a team succeed. This role requires strong communication skills, the ability to multitask, confidence in handling guest concerns, and a commitment to creating an exceptional experience for both our guests and team members.

The ideal candidate is a natural leader who takes initiative, thrives in a fast-paced environment, follows through on responsibilities, and understands the importance of consistency, accountability, and teamwork. We’re also looking for someone who brings uplifting, positive energy to the workplace and enjoys helping create a fun, supportive environment where both team members and guests feel welcome and valued.

We’re looking for someone who views this as a career opportunity, not just a position to fill.
