Hello everyone. I have a story to tell and some advice to give, so please listen and help report this page. A man named Sanando Al Mundo on Facebook used our shop's name and address to trick customers into paying via Venmo or Zelle before coming in for a massage. However, we have no way for customers to pay before their massage. Most customers book and pay online through our contracted system, without us having access to their credit card information. On September 27, 2025, a Spanish woman came to our shop saying she had an appointment for a massage. I asked for her full name, and she confirmed she had made an appointment, but our system didn't show an appointment. I asked her to show me her email or messages, and she showed me a message from the scammer. I told her the man in the photo doesn't work at our shop. The woman didn't speak English, but her son translated for her. She said she initially thought it was a scam, but when she saw our shop's address and the good reviews, she trusted us. I advised her to call the bank and report the incident. I felt sorry for them, as they had traveled a long way. Three days later, a Spanish man came in claiming to have an appointment for a massage. He showed me the same address and Facebook profile as before. I want to warn my friends at other massage parlors that this man is posing as a shop and causing damage. Please help me report his Facebook profile so he can't scam others. Thank you.
