Northam Announces School Reopening Plan, Phase 2 For NoVA The governor said all Virginia schools will be open in the next academic year, but reopening will happen in phases with guidelines.

Northam Executive Order Allows NoVA To Delay Phase 1 Reopening With Virginia set to enter the first reopening phase on Friday, localities in the northern region can postpone it by two weeks.

Virginia Reopening On Track, Delay Likely For Northern Region Gov. Ralph Northam expects to make an official announcement about reopening all but Northern Virginia later in the week.

VA Governor Moves Closer To Reopening Decision, Explains Testing Gov. Ralph Northam welcomed Virginia's ability to slow the spread of the coronavirus but said: "We are not out of the woods yet."
