BREAKING NEWS! CBS's Lead Weather Anchor, Lonnie Quinn, has officially hit the courts once again πŸŽΎπŸ™ŒΒ
If you've been following Lonnie's story on our page then you know he's had this day in his forecast for quite sometime.
Last week was the first time he was able to play tennis/racket ball since the car accident on January 1st 2025 that left him with a traumatic brain injury as well as a maelstrom of other wounds.
For Lonnie, and countless others, massage therapy was able to do for him what no doctor or physical therapists has been able to do in over a year.
The doctors saved his life, no doubt πŸ©Ίβš•οΈ
PT helped him walk and talk again, πŸ’―πŸ’ͺ
But ...
When it comes to improving the quality of that life πŸ”₯
When it comes to walking but without pain πŸ”₯
When it comes to showing clients they CAN do it and they dont have to be limited to a diagnosis or plan πŸ”₯
THAT is where WE shine πŸ’†β€β™‚οΈπŸŒŸ
This update makes me so happy.
I truely LOVE what I do ❀️

A few weeks ago I took on a new client that you may recognize. Lonnie Quinn of CBS News. Lonnie is a workmans comp case and has been approved for 12 home visits to assist in his recovery from a terrible accident in early 2025 resulting in a traumatic brain injury.
He was heading home from work in the back of a limo and the car he was in was hit on the highway. He was very badly injured.
He has been doing PT ever since the accident but there are some things he just hasent been able to make progress with .. until now 😁
He explains most of whats going on in the first video here at our 3 week assessment.
His major concerns when we started were low back pain as well as complete numbness in the 1st two toes on both feet. Very painful sensations at the tops of his feet and a tingle in both things. The combination of these things effects how he walks.
After our 1st apt, I quickly realized due to the accident, Lonnie had developed some scars on his shins which run right along where the peroneal nerve is located. Thats the nerve that goes to the first 2 toes!
In addition to deep tissue massage, I applied some instrument assisted soft tissue mobilization to really break up the myofascial adhesions along the pathway of that nerve and to stimulate microcirculation and manually sweep stagnant interstitial fluid.
The 2nd video is after the 1st time I used the tools on him and he realized this might just work.
Then a couple examples of what those fancy tools look like in action.
Over time the results will last longer and longer.
