Good morning 🤍 This is something I’ve honestly been dreading sharing, but I wanted to be a little vulnerable with you all.

Behind the scenes, I’ve been navigating a lupus diagnosis. Most days I’m able to push through, show up for my clients, be a mom, and continue building Hush & Co. — but right now, my body is telling me to slow down.

I’m currently experiencing a flare and haven’t been feeling my best. If I reach out to reschedule your appointment this week, please have a little extra patience with me as I take things day by day. 🤍

Slowing down is definitely not something I’m good at, but I’m learning that sometimes taking care of myself has to come first.
