Somewhere along the way, I stopped seeing the body as something to “fix”…
and started seeing it as something to listen to.
Every tight muscle has a story.
Every restriction has a reason.
Every person who walks through my door is carrying more than just physical tension.
And the truth is…
you can’t separate the body from the life it’s lived.
Pain isn’t always just injury.
Sometimes it’s stress that never got processed.
Sometimes it’s emotions that never had a safe place to land.
Sometimes it’s years of pushing through when you should have been held.
That’s why I don’t just “do massage.”
I assess. I listen. I pay attention to what your body is trying to say.
Because when you create the right environment—
when the nervous system feels safe…
when the body is supported instead of forced…
healing doesn’t have to be chased. It happens.
You were never broken.
You were just carrying more than your body was meant to hold alone.
And you don’t have to keep carrying it by yourself.
