Today’s client had a darker upper lip and a lighter bottom lip. When the lips have uneven pigmentation, adding the same color to both lips can lead to uneven healed results.

That’s why we started with neutralization first.

By correcting the darker areas before adding the target color, we can create a more balanced foundation and ultimately achieve a more even healed lip color.
