The important thing I believe is to respect each other’s birth plan. No one plan is better than another. It’s what works for YOU.

My first pregnancy I didn’t think I would want an epidural. I waited until it was almost too late, almost 8cm to get one.... I wanted to know what the pain felt like for real ... what was I thinking lol.
The second time I got an epidural at 3 cm.
Each time I chose what was best for me. I didn’t try to prove anything... I wasn’t ashamed of my choices and my husband just was on board w whatever I needed.
