The best peel doesn’t start with a peel.

Before I introduce a peel, I want to make sure your skin is hydrated, comfortable and has a healthy barrier.

A peel isn’t something I want to throw at compromised, dry or irritated skin.

Healthy skin first. Treatment second. ✨

When your barrier is supported, we can focus on getting the results we want without unnecessarily stressing your skin.

Think of it as preparing the skin to receive the treatment, not just treating the skin.

A little life lately 🤍

This week feels like one of those weeks where everything is happening at once.

New schools, birthdays, football, cheer… and somehow summer is already coming to an end. 🥹

As much as I love what I do, I also really value being present for my family and the little moments that come with this season of life.

I’m heading into a few days off, and I’m honestly looking forward to slowing down a little, celebrating my people, and soaking it all in.

I’ll be back in the treatment room next week, feeling refreshed and ready for a new season. 🤍

I’ve been thinking a lot lately about how differently we all look at our skin.

Sometimes we’re so focused on what we want to “fix” that we forget our skin is constantly trying to protect us, repair itself, and keep us balanced.

That’s one of the reasons I love what I do so much. 🤍

I don’t want you to feel like you always need the newest treatment, the strongest product, or a 10-step routine.

I want you to understand your skin, feel comfortable in it, and give it what it actually needs.

Healthy skin doesn’t have to be complicated. Sometimes, less really is more. 🌿

I don’t believe your skin needs to constantly be corrected, stripped, or “fixed.”

I believe it needs to be understood. 🤍

My approach to facials is centered around skin health and supporting your skin barrier. Rather than chasing every imperfection, we look at what your skin is communicating and choose treatments and products that support its needs.

Because healthy skin isn’t about doing more.
It’s about doing the right things, consistently.

My goal is to help you build a healthier relationship with your skin. To help you feel balanced, resilient, hydrated, and comfortable.

And when your skin is healthy?
✨ It shows.

That’s what I want for you: skin that doesn’t just look good after your facial, but skin that is supported to thrive long after you leave my treatment room.

Hi lovely!

It’s been a little while since I’ve popped into your inbox, so I wanted to take a moment to say hello.

This summer, I’ve been intentionally slowing down and being present with my family. Between beach days, summer adventures, and simply enjoying the extra time together, it’s been such a special season.

And now somehow… back to school week is almost here!

This year is a big one for our family. Ember is starting kindergarten and Brantley is heading into junior high. Two new schools, two new chapters, and a whole lot of emotions!

Because I’ve been soaking up this time with them, my summer schedule has been a little more limited. But as we head into fall, things are opening back up, and I’m looking forward to having more room in my schedule to see you!

In the meantime, please know that I’m always here for you, even when you don’t have an appointment on the books.
