Exciting new things are happening at Black Orchid Hair Studio! Many of you have already seen it, but I never officially announced that I moved rooms. I have a little more space now and a refreshed new look. I’ll post photos when I’m 100% finished!

Since I have more space now, I brought in some retail products I’m really excited about, and I think everyone will love them! Here is some of what I have right now. You can shop in the salon or from my online store which you can access from my booking site. Let me know if you need a specific product recommendation!

I’ve been terrible at posting lately, life has been crazy! But I have done a lot of fun things behind the chair I need to share. This is one of my favorite! I absolutely love working with curly hair. ❤️

Happy Wednesday! I just wanted to let all my clients know I am booking up fast for the rest of July. I would highly recommend booking your next appointment in advance if you can. Two of my good friends are going on maternity leave and I’m also helping some of their clients as well. I am doing my best to get everyone booked but spots are filling up fast!

You can also be added to my waitlist if I do not have any availability. My system will notify you asap if any spots open up!

I still have some openings for tomorrow but I am getting pretty booked up for the rest of the week! It’s going to be HOT, let’s get rid of that hair. 🔥

My hours are changing slightly for the summer! I will only be working till 3 on Saturdays which has made openings very limited. I am also adding a few hours every other Friday. If you need an evening or weekend appointment I highly recommend booking 3-4 weeks in advance as I am filling up fast. Thank you so much for all the support and understanding.

Did this super fun mullet the other day! I can’t take credit for the color but this cut was a lot of fun.

She has the most gorgeous natural blonde hair! It was all virgin but she just wanted to add some pops of color for dimension. We also did a much needed cut with some layers as well. We ran out of time to style but I thought it still look gorgeous blow dried! Using all color as usual.
