Unfortunately I’m going to have to put a cancellation policy in place immediately. I’ve had a crazy amount of cancellations lately.

I will be requiring 24 hour notice of a cancellation.
If the cancellation does not occur 24 hours before your appointment you will be required to pay 50% of the service scheduled. All no shows and same day cancellations will be required to pay 100% of the service schedule.

Friendly reminder: Stylist don’t get PTO, sick days, vacation days payed. We work daily to pay for the things we need to stay open, to eat, pay bills etc. please be kind to us when we have to make policy’s like these….It’s a difficult decision to make but needs to happen!

I appreciate each and everyone of you and love having you in my little Kove! Thank you for the support in my journey 🩷
