Statement from Boho Haven Salon🫶🏼

We have been made aware of a recent post regarding a chemical service performed at our salon. At Boho Haven Salon, client safety and satisfaction are our top priorities, and we take all feedback seriously.

In this particular case, the client had previously used black box dye and desired a blonde result. Achieving this requires an intense bleaching process, which carries inherent risks, including scalp sensitivity and irritation. Before any chemical service, we thoroughly discuss these possibilities with our clients to ensure they are fully informed. Additionally, our policy clearly states that we do not offer refunds, which is why we take the time to educate each client on potential outcomes before proceeding.

This has never occured at our salon, the “once again” comment was not referring to any other case, but rather another apology as we felt very sorry. We always encourage open and honest communication. If any client has concerns about their experience, we welcome the opportunity to address them directly and professionally. Our goal is to provide quality services while maintaining the trust of our clients and community.
