Mondays class line up:

🥋 Advanced Kinder Warriors (5&6 year olds)- 5pm
This class was developed to help the transition from the 3-6 year old class to the 7 and up class. We focus on more advanced material while still making the class fun.

🥋 Judo (teens and adults)- 6pm
This class focuses on the fundamentals of Judo including: throws, joint locks and grappling.

🥋 Karate- 6:45pm
In this class you will learn the basics of multiple systems of Karate, as there are black belts from different disciplines in the dojo at this time. This is a fun way to cross train in 1 class.
