Hello everyone PHASE 2 is here and we are OPEN … YAY!

We are very excited to be reopening the salon! Due to the overwhelming need for rescheduling appointments we are asking for your patience during this process.

As some of you already know I have started the rebooking process and will continue to do so throughout the coming week. If you have not heard from me within the next week to ten days, then please call the salon and leave a message.

Via Rose Reopening Plan:

I want to assure all of you that we will be adhering to all NYS guidelines and recommendations. We have completed the Barbacide Covid-19 Certification to ensure all of our safety. According to CDC and NYS guidelines, the salon will be sanitized thoroughly before and after each appointment.

If a client is not feeling well, they should not come to their appointment. Please call in advance to reschedule your appointment.

No walk-in clients will be permitted. By appointment only to existing clients. We will be opening our schedule and work days as much as possible to accommodate appointments.

Waiting area closed. Clients will be asked to wait in their cars until their appointment at which time they will be brought into the building. We will open the doors for you when arriving and leaving the salon.

Clients will not be permitted to bring any additional people to their appointment.

Stylists and Clients are required to wear a mask on premises. Disposable masks provided to employees only. Clients should bring their own masks.

Hand sanitizer stations placed throughout the salon. Clients must sanitize their hands upon arrival.

Stations have been relocated to allows six feet between people. We have removed the color waiting room and reconfigured the salon to allow for social distancing.

Clients will not be served any beverages during their appointment. We have removed our coffee bar, candy containers, and all magazines.

If anyone needs to purchase any products during this time please call ahead and we can arrange curb side pickup for you.

No handshakes, no high fives, no hugs … for now... but smiles (even behind masks) are always welcome!

Renovations are complete ... we can't wait to see you all in the salon. Hope you like what we've done!

As you know, the extension of the Covid-19 NYS on PAUSE Order was extended to May 15th. We want you to know that if you had an appointment scheduled during this time, we will begin reaching out to you as soon as we have a reopening date. All clients will be contacted to reschedule in the order that the appointment was originally booked from our closing, March 21st.
We can’t wait to get back to work. We will be extending our schedules to accommodate as many clients as possible. We are expecting many changes to be made and look forward to providing you with the same quality service.

To all our valued clients,

I was hoping to reopen by the beginning of April but the mandatory business shut down has been extended to April 19th as of now. If you have an appointment scheduled during this time it will be cancelled. When the order is lifted you will be contacted to reschedule. I understand this is difficult but I want to reassure you that Jack and I will be working extra to accommodate all of you once we reopen.
