Sometimes self-care looks a little different when you're a new mama.🐣

Maybe it means bringing your newborn with you and taking an hour to breathe, relax, and let someone else take care of you for a little while.

And yes, your newborn is welcome here.🥰

No sitter? No problem. If baby needs to be fed, held, rocked, or loved on during your massage, that's completely okay. We'll make it work.💜

Those early days can be beautiful, exhausting, and overwhelming all at once. Your body is recovering while you're pouring so much of yourself into your new little one.

You deserve care, too, mama. ✨

✨Before & After✨

This clients right mid back(left in the photo) was much more tense/inflamed/pronounced than her left side. Client was experiencing pain up through her shoulder and down through her hip. After much attention to her lats, QL and glute medius, I could visually see and could feel her muscles let go! Pictures don’t do it justice! Client was able to move more freely and standing a little taller post session!

A WIN-WIN for both of us🥹

If you have received treatment from me, this is for you!
Leaving a review on my Vagaro business page or here on facebook would mean more than you know!

Important reminder: Stay hydrated friends!

I hope everyone is doing ok in this heat wave🥵
