Our team enjoyed visiting Belleville BNI & Beyond this morning for a wonderful presentation by Sabrina, our owner and Licensed Massage Therapist.
BNI is a powerhouse organization for professional development and referral networking. If you're interested in learning more about the chapter and benefits of membership, comment BNI and Sabrina will reach out to invite you to an upcoming meeting at The REC !

A little over one year ago, Sabrina invited me to join her in creating something that went beyond massage.

Her vision of Why Knot Massage & Self Care was for it to be a place where care is accessible to our community and where self-care wouldn’t be something our clients wait to afford, earn, or justify.

I was lit up at the opportunity to help turn her vision into something real.

Over this past year, I’ve had the pleasure of working across nearly every part of Why Knot Massage & Self Care. I've thoroughly enjoyed establishing marketing, building promotions, developing policies and procedures, creating operational systems, training and supporting our team, refining our clients' experiences, and stepping in wherever I can contribute.

Much of that work happens behind the scenes.

It is the structure that allows a growing business to function, the systems that create consistency, the processes that make care easier to access, and the details that help turn a dream into an experience people can walk away from feeling better for having received.

A year later, it amazes me to see how Why Knot Massage & Self Care has taken shape and how much possibility still exists.

I’m grateful to have had the opportunity to build alongside Sabrina and to play a part in creating something that I believe holds a meaningful place in our community.

This anniversary isn’t just a marker of time. It’s a reminder of why we started building in the first place:

To make self-care feel less like a luxury reserved for special occasions and more like what it truly is...wellness care. The kind that enhances performance, elevates life experience, and reduces chronic discomfort.

And if you’ve been part of this first year; whether you’ve trusted us with your care, supported our team, shared our name, or simply cheered us on: thank you. You’ve helped make the vision real.

One year in. Still building. Still growing. Still bringing the vision to life. Still loving every moment.🤍

Thank you to our clients who have taken a moment to share their experience via reviews. You help others discover care they can rely on in an environment they can feel comfortable in.

We are honored to be part of your wellness and look forward to welcoming each of you back!
