My ultimate goal as a massage therapist is to heal others, reduce their stress and help them reach their ultimate level of performance and health. I specialize in Structural Integration, Deep, and Sports massage. I grew up in Kailua, Oahu where I got to live out my dream as a National Competitive Swimmer. I was the Girls State Champion from the age of 9-18 and was the 1999 Swimmer of the Year while holding 4 High School Records. I swam for the University of Nevada, Reno on a full scholarship and this is where I had my first encounter with massage therapy. “I am a believer in Massage Therapy!
