Solomon Ibn Gabirol (c. 1021–1058) was a Jewish poet and philosopher from medieval Spain who became known throughout Latin Europe as Avicebron. Orphaned at a young age and frequently troubled by poor health and strained relationships within his community, he nevertheless emerged as an important intellectual voice of his era.

His best-known philosophical work, Fons Vitae (The Fountain of Life), presented a distinctive Neoplatonic view centered on matter, form, and divine will. Alongside his philosophy, Ibn Gabirol produced an extensive collection of Hebrew poetry, including his celebrated religious poem Keter Malkhut (The Kingly Crown).

For centuries, European scholars knew the philosopher Avicebron without realizing he was the same person as the Jewish poet Ibn Gabirol. His philosophical ideas influenced several medieval Christian thinkers, long before scholars established his true identity in the 19th century.

What does it mean when you book a ‘Customized Lash Set’?

It means you come in with inspo pictures, an idea of how full your lashes are when you feel the most comfortable and beautiful. And from that point on, I will handle absolutely everything else you don’t need to bring me mapping or anything of that sort. My job is to make your vision come to life. And if we don’t get it the first time, that vision usually comes to life within the next couple of fills.

Here’s why:
It’s not a big transformation. It’s not something that as adults were attracted to. We want things that make us feel different. New.
But this is a post to talk about transformations for teens. I don’t have a teenager yet but I’m assuming sometimes we think they don’t neeeeeed to go to a well established artist for a simple service like a brow wax. The nail salon or Ulta is easier and most times cheaper. But as a brow artist I’m telling you, if you care about your daughter don’t cheap out on her brows. The amount of adults I service that I’m having to completely transform always starts with one sentence, “when I was younger…”.
Continuous depilating can damage hair follicles and over time the brows will not grow as full as they used to. And when someone doesn’t map they’re most likely going to want to over wax to make a better shape.
So while this is not a big transformation, it’s a great start especially for them being so young. We don’t know what the trends will be in 5, 10, 15 years and we want to take care of their natural brows for as long as possible so they can decide what they want to do when they’re older, even if what they decide is to thin them out😭.

She has a nice shape, just some straggler hairs we needed to get rid of.

And that’s exactly what we did. And also keeping them thicker means that their maintenance will be longer periods of time since there is less hairs growing(?? Idk how to make that make sense). It’s honestly just more sustainable since most times you’re paying for it.

This is a transition set, she had a full volume longer set 8-13-12mm and we’re transitioning to 7-11-8mm, but even the in between set is gorgeous ☁️
