Here’s our process for rendering tallow for skincare specifically. We do dry renders because I never like introducing salt or water into my tallow. But that’s just my preference.
I’ll be posting the Part 2 in the morning once I have the next steps done!

I’m showing you exactly how we make our tooth powder from scratch — full recipe here:
1/2 cup food grade calcium carbonate
1/3 cup organic arrowroot powder
1/4 cup cosmetic-grade kaolin clay
1/4 cup food-grade bentonite clay
2 tbsp micro hydroxyapatite
2 tbsp fine xylitol (not granules)
1 tsp sodium bicarbonate (or aluminum-free baking soda)
