The Process of Transformation

Beholding the Lord: Spending time in God’s presence, often through prayer, reading His word, and worship, allows people to see and behold Him, leading to a change in their character.

Becoming More Like Him: The more one beholds and spends time with God, the more one becomes like Him in character and image.

Spiritual Maturity: It is a matter of spiritual maturity to continue in faith even when feelings of God’s presence aren’t strong, because His presence doesn’t depend on feelings but on His promised presence with His people.

Spiritual Hunger: To experience this transformation, a deep spiritual hunger and desire for God is necessary. If a person’s hunger is choked by worldly cares, they may walk away from encounters with God unchanged.

I still do hair, but mostly I take pictures of the sunrise, make meatballs & annoy my nephew. Thank you Lord Jesus for gift of creation.

I’m thankful for friends who cherish + celebrate friendship with: sunrises, food, roadtrips, grace, face masks, & love that makes Jesus proud.

31 precious years

I have known & loved so many who didn’t get to continue living on this side of Heaven. Each year being a gentle reminder. I’m so grateful for the coming days, weeks, months and years I get to worship. Thank you Jesus ♥️
