Cucumber Mango Summer salad !!
Summers without salad 🥗 is no fun !
So let’s take a quick peak into the recipe

Prep time: 5 mins
Cook time: 5 mins

Ingredients
1 cucumber 🥒
4-5 leaves of lettuce 🥬
1 ripe mango
1/4 tsp of pepper powder
2 tbsp of lemon juice
2 tbsp of Parmesan cheese
Salt to taste

Preparation:
1. Cut the cucumber and mango into small cubes.
2. Chop the lettuce finely and mix it with cucumber and mango cubes.
3. Add pepper powder, salt and lemon juice to the chopped vegetables and mix them thoroughly.
4. Garnish it with shredded Parmesan cheese and your salad is ready !!

Zucch gaya Aasma(n) Pizza Boats ! 🍕🍕!!
Delicious and yummy low calorie pizza!!

Prep time : 10 mins
Cook time : 40 mins

Ingredients:
2 Zucchini’s
1/2 Green bell peppers
1/2 Red bell peppers
1/2 Yellow bell peppers
1/2 broccoli florets
1 cup grated mozzarella cheese
2-3 leaves of finely chopped basil
1/2 tsp of dried oregano leaves
4 tbsp homemade pizza sauce
Salt and pepper to taste
(You can add mushrooms, onions or any vegetable of your choice)

Method:
1.Preheat oven to 400 degrees
2. Cut each zucchini in half horizontally and then scoop out the seeds. Drizzle over with olive oil, salt and pepper and place it in a baking tray
3. Drizzle olive oil, salt and pepper on the vegetables too and place them in a baking tray.
4. Bake the zucchini and the vegetables in separate baking tray for 20 mins.
5. Now add home made pasta sauce to each zucchini boat and top it with baked vegetables and mozzarella cheese. Sprinkle oreganos and finely chopped basil.
5. Place into oven and bake until zucchini is tender and cheese has melted, about 15-20 mins
6. Serve immediately, garnished with basil and red pepper flakes, if required

Virgin Hibiscus Mojito with a twist!

The perfect summer drink for a date evening !

Especially for those who love virgin drinks 🍸

Imagined to prepared mojito with hibiscus flower ? Indeed you can !! Exciting...isn’t it ??

Follow our recipe:
Step 1: Boil water with dried hibiscus leaves, mint leaves, lemon juice and few pieces of strawberry.
Step 2: Let it cool in the fridge for 2 hours
Step 3: Add sugar as per your taste and stir it till it is dissolved completely.
Step 4: Strain and pour the drink in a glass and add few pieces of strawberries.

And your drink is ready to serve!

Quick, easy and a very different drink with a twist !

Beetroot Spaghetti!! Colorful and delicious!!
Specially for those who do not like the red sauce pasta !!

Easy and quick 15 minute recipe in between your hectic work schedule.

Step 1: Cut beetroot into small squares and place it in the mixing jar. Add a clove of garlic, 1/2 cup of onion, 2 tbsp of olive oil and now to into a smooth paste.

Step 2 : Add fresh basil and grind it again until smooth.

Step 3: Pour the mix into a pan, add dried oregano, black pepper, Fresh thyme and sat to taste.

Step 4: Add boiled lentil spaghetti and mix.(You can also use regular spaghetti or pasta of your choice)

Step 5: For creamy texture add Parmesan and cook until it is melted.

Step 6: Garnish it with freshly cut basil leaves, feta cheese and walnuts.
PS: You can also add cream cheese or mozzarella for more cheesy flavor.

Healthy Lettuce Wraps specially for all wrap lovers!!
Low calorie food to please your taste buds!

Step 1: Soak the Yellow Moong Lentil for 45 minutes.
Step 2: Heat 1 tbsp of oil, add tsp of cumin seeds, black mustard seeds Asafoetida and few cloves.
Step 3: Add the soaked yellow moong lentil and a pinch of turmeric. Add a cup of water and let it simmer until the lentil is cooked.
Step 4: Simultaneously, chop carrots, cucumber and parsley leaves. Clean the lettuce leaves and arrange as showed in the picture.
Step 5: Take a portion of all the ingredients in a bowl and mix them all together.
Step 6: Pour 2 tbsp of lemon juice with the mixed ingredients.
Step 7: Fill the lettuce leaf with the lentil salad as shown and your lettuce wraps are ready.
You can also use the beaten yogurt as a dressing with the lettuce wraps.

Now you can enjoy the juicy delicious lettuce wraps!

Thai Red curry with vegetables!

Fully loaded veggies rich in fiber and protein (Extra firm Tofu)

Delicious healthy recipe for a weekend date !

Step 1: Chop green, yellow and red Bell Peppers, Broccoli, Zucchini, Carrots, finely chopped Ginger and other vegetables of your choice along with cubed Extra Firm Tofu and Edamame beans.
Step 2:Add 1 tbsp of oil. Let it heat on medium flame. Once heated, add cubes pieces of tofu, sprinkle corn flour and cook until light brown.
Step 3:Add all the chopped veggies and cook until tender.
Step 4: Add 2 tbsp of Thai Kitchen Red Curry paste and sauté it for 3 minutes.
Step 5: Now pour unsweetened canned Coconut milk and mix all the ingredients together.
Step 6: Add thai basil, pepper and salt to taste.
Step 7: Let it simmer for 10 minutes on medium flame.

And your Thai red curry is ready to eat. 😍
Serve it with a portion of white rice or jasmine rice !

Puff Pastry Pizza 🍕 🍕🍕 Easy, quick and delicious pizza loaded with veggies with base of pastry sheets sprinkled with some cheese.

You can cook, work and maintain a healthy diet.
All together !!!

Follow our quick recipe step by step. Swipe Right 👉🏻 to view pictures of each step.

Step 1: Chop green, yellow & red bell peppers, carrot, zucchini, broccoli, spinach and few jalapeños. Add 1 tbsp of olive oil along with herbs like basil, oregano and French Thyme. Add black pepper and salt to taste.
Step 2: Bake the veggies at 450F for 30 minutes.
Step 3: Cover the baked veggies with the pastry sheet and
bake it again for another 30 minutes.
Step 4: Remove the baked pizza and let it cool for 5 minutes.
Step 5: Flip the baked pizza in a plate as shown in the picture.
Step 6: Add mozzarella, Parmesan and Feta cheese and let it bake for another 3 minutes.

And your Pastry pizza is ready to eat !!!
