That each of these acts is just a important as the other.

If only we could see the courage it takes to lay aside the worries, the fears and the comparison, just for a few hours, to let the mind, spirit and body come together again.
Doing the one thing they all require so much… nothing.

I apologize it has taken me so long to get this update out. Miss Ellie Jenstead made her debut on 7/1/2023 in the evening. We are home and doing great. I still plan to come back to work in mid to late August. I will send out another update closer to that time. I can’t wait to get back into the office and see you all again. I hope you’re all enjoying summer and we will see you soon!
